Gordon specialises in insurance-based litigation but is principally involved in personal injury claims. Gordon handles claims ranging from catastrophic injury to industrial ailments as well as accidents at work and road traffic cases. Currently the Motor Insurers Bureau's appointed Solicitor in Scotland, he was involved in revising the wording of the most recent MIB Agreement from a Scottish viewpoint.
