Robert has practised in Aberdeen for over 30 years, joining Simpson & Marwick in 1992 to establish our Aberdeen office, which continues to expand and now has over 30 staff. Robert's practice includes personal injury litigation, health & safety, fatal accident and major inquiries and offshore oil industry reparation. He was formerly a temporary Sheriff. He has considerable experience of technical claims, flooding claims and prosecutions under the Health and Safety at Work Act, and gives advice on contracts, product liability and insurance policy disputes. Clients include local authorities and the police.
