Tanya is an experienced litigator and has a wealth of experience of employer's liability and personal injury work. With a heavy caseload of disease claims litigation, she has particular expertise and interest in occupational stress, repetitive strain injury, deafness and vibration white finger. Tanya was involved in the defence of the first litigated stress case in Scotland, Cross v Highlands and Islands Enterprise, and is a Law Society accredited specialist in personal injury work.
