Diane is a partner and member of the Glasgow litigation team, having specialised exclusively in defender litigation in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court for over fifteen years. She has extensive experience of all aspects of personal injury work, acting to a significant degree for local authority clients, both directly and on the instructions of their insurers.   Diane has been accredited by the Law Society as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law and is a Certified Mediator.  Diane's pragmatic and solution driven approach enables her to deal both with cases on an individual basis and collectively on behalf of a number of key clients. Her wide ranging litigation experience covers a broad range of insurance issues including employer's liability, public liability, motor claims, health and safety prosecutions and fatal accident inquiries.

Diane also regularly presents seminars and delivers training to clients both in the public and private sectors.
