Bruce is an experienced litigator with an extensive defender reparation practice in both the court of session and sheriff court.  Joining Simpson & Marwick in 1998 he progressed through the ranks and was assumed as a partner in 2009.   In addition to defender reparation Bruce deals with numerous health and safety prosecutions and fatal accident inquiries, appearing regularly in courts throughout Scotland.  He also has a niche practice in CRU appeals.   Bruce is a valuable member of the Edinburgh litigation team.
