Calum has over 16 years of hands on experience acting for major Insurers and Loss Adjusters in all aspects of personal injury litigation both in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session in Edinburgh.    He has a particular knowledge of Employer Liability cases, including Health & Safety prosecutions.  He is known for his pragmatic, pro-active and thorough approach to reach the best solutions for his clients.
