Lesley Allan

Lesley completed her traineeship with Strathclyde Regional Council, acting in all forms of civil litigation including enforcing contracts, debt recovery, employment law and judicial review as well as public and employer's liability claims, in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. In 1996 Lesley moved to the litigation department at North Lanarkshire Council, then in 1997 moved into private practice. Lesley continued to act for local authorities, businesses of all sizes and private individuals, on the instruction of insurers and directly. Lesley joined Simpson & Marwick in 1999. As an Associate Lesley's experience has been consolidated in more complex and higher value matters.
