Louise is a highly experienced conveyancing solicitor, having worked within the conveyancing department since joining Simpson & Marwick in 1989. She specialises in residential property work, undertaking purchases and sales not only in Edinburgh but also throughout Scotland. Louise has long experience of working closely with clients in all aspects of purchase and sale, and is particularly sensitive to the requirements of those based outside Scotland who may not be familiar with the Scottish conveyancing system. Louise is also a Notary Public.
