Nicola joined Simpson & Marwick in May 2004 having previously worked with Burnside Kemp Fraser. She deals primarily with reparation actions including medical negligence as well as commercial litigation and other general civil court business. In addition she is developing experience in employment law. Her work is divided betweenthe Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.
