Vikki joined Simpson & Marwick in 2003 and represents a variety of clients primarily dealing with personal injury work.  She has particular experience in RTA and Employer's Liability cases in both the sheriff court and court of session.   Vikki is also part of Simpson & Marwick's Occupational Disease Unit.   She also has experience in Health & Safety matters and recently represented clients involved in the Stockline Disaster Public Inquiry, the first to be heard in Scotland under the Inquiries Act.
