Simpson & Marwick was one of the first firms in Scotland to anticipate the move towards dispute resolution. Consequently, we have developed substantial expertise in dispute resolution techniques such as mediation. Many of our partners have appeared on behalf of clients at mediations while one of our partners, Douglas Russell, is a Law Society Accredited Mediator.
