Many legal issues can arise in relation to Parental Rights and Responsibilities, in addition to practical issues such as with which parent a child should reside, contact between a child and their parents or other relatives, which school a child should attend and whether a child should be removed from the UK to live abroad.

We have extensive experience of dealing with all matters in this area, are able to refer cases to Mediation and always attempt to resolve matters outwith the Court system where possible.

If litigation is appropriate or necessary we can offer representation of the highest standard in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and also in the Court of Session.
